Terms & conditions (updated 6th April 2021)


Neuropsychologists (SRCN/ QiCN) (James Tonks, Ian Frampton and Vikki Hunkin):  the current rate for medico-legal expert witness assessment and report writing is £295.00 per hour plus VAT for face-to-face contact and all clinical related time, which includes e mails, letters, report writing and telephone calls.
The rate for treatment work is £225.00 per hour for face-to-face contact and all clinical related time, which includes e mails, letters, report writing and telephone calls. We charge £95.00 per hour for traveling time for Neuropsychologists, and 0.45p per mile.


Clinical Psychologists are charged out at £160.00 per hour for face-to-face contact and all clinical related time, which includes e mails, letters, report writing and telephone calls and £50.00 per hour travelling time and 0.45p per mile.


Music Therapy & Speech and Language Therapy we charge £125.00 per hour to include face to face contact and all clinical related time which includes e mails, letters, report writing and telephone calls and £40.00 per hour travelling time and 0.45p per mile.
For all Professionals, a minimum charge of 5 minutes is allocated to the reading/writing of e mails with a charge on a pro rata basis after that.
A cancellation within 3 days of an appointment will still be charged at the hourly rate.


V.A.T.  We are VAT registered.  Our VAT no is 339 4362 83.  VAT is charged on all Medico-legal expert witness work only.  Treatment work is not subject to VAT


Payment of Invoices Once we have raised an invoice for completed work, payment of this is to be within 28 days of the date of invoice, or late payment fees of 25% may be added to the invoice total. This can be accumulative/ can be added for each late month if non-payment of a late invoice becomes an issue. Please note we do not accept deferred payments.


Instructions from the fee-payer If you are a case manager and you instruct us, you are agreeing to pay our fees and meet our terms (including any late payment charges). We always recommend that instructions and confirmation of payment terms should come directly from the actual fee-payer/ solicitor/ instructing party.


We have a duty to safeguard children and vulnerable adults that over-rides all other obligations. Our child protection policy is available upon request. Referrers should ensure that all parties know that referrals about suspected abuse or neglect may be made and the role of the company in this.

Privacy Policy

Company may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

To improve customer service

Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.

To personalize user experience

We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.

To send periodic emails

We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties.
